I have been for a run (at the gym, I'm not going outside in this humidity) to burn off the nervous energy but I'm now made of nerves and adrenaline. Must not throw things at the (brand new OLED giant) TV.

I was in spain two weeks ago. Loads of English people on the street were singing 'its coming home' over and over.

I was in England for the last match. After England won, I could hear people outside my flat (walking from a pub) singing 'its coming home' over and over
