He’s a Virgo ♍️ (like me) and like Oliver Glasner and I think he’s critical and self critical in equal measures (virgoan trait). He has high standards, a bit of a perfectionist, but apparently if you read about him (sure I’ve posted this here) he gets on well and speaks with Pep Giardiola (sp?) and is always looking for different ways to train and improve his methods as well as that of his players. A lot of players find him too much but you can’t deny he gets results.
I agree he’s firing up his players so they want to prove their worth to him. Is that good? Maybe, maybe not. He was a bit harsh on Bellingham I thought. But then again, Bellingham is very young, a superstar player and Tuchel wants more focus from the team as a whole. Tuchel knows how harsh Argentina will be, we’ll be out for blood and revenge after Hand of God and it’ll be very spicy. Don’t know positions of players but how good it’d be to see Kane/Messi, Kane/Bellingham one on one. I was so disappointed not to see as much of Haaland as I’d hoped. I was expecting a real stunner or two from him. I even watched a short video on his goals.
