I’d love Norway to win. They’re closest to us Scots culturally. Also I’ve read that Haaland lives off raw milk and fatty meat. 🤣

My favourite after La Marseillaise. It was the Soviet anthem but Russia wisely kept it on, ditching the lyrics in praise of the Party of Lenin.

The Italian one is very jolly.

I read that a lot of the extras in that scene were actual refugees from the war. The crew on set were taken aback by the passion they showed in singing the anthem. The emotion is genuine. No other anthem could have that effect. Almost makes me want to be French. Almost.
