England are much much stronger than Norway, especially if you compare the monetary value of the teams (even with Haaland’s transfer value) and their collective international experience as a team.

In some ways it will be more thrilling to see Norway progress, it’s unusual but I will be very happy either way tonight. Not staying up to watch Argentina beat Switzerland though!

Haaland doesn’t actually do much else apart from scoring goals, and he’s very dependent on his team-mates creating chances for him. Therefore, our best strategy is to cut off his supply by monopolising possession of the ball as much as possible, particularly if we score first. Easier said than done, of course. I’m sure Tuchel has a plan. 🤞

I think against Argentina there is reason to fear biased decisions regarding yellow cards and penalties against England, I probably wouldn’t voice that to my Argentinian friends and loved ones but there is evidence for it.
