Hi,
This is exactly the type of thing I can help with. I'm just setting up my business as a professional coach. Please take a look at my website (which isn't quite finished yet!)
www.getbettercoaching.co.uk
I have testimonials from previous clients on there. I've been made redundant myself twice, the last time whilst on maternity leave and worked in HR, with flexible working requests & redundancies, so I know both sides of how it all works, in reality as well as legally.
As a coach, I'm hoping to strike that balance of being personable enough to talk to but I am also straight-talking and not airy-fairy.
I think the best way to choose a coach is to check up on their background: training, experience, qualifications, accreditations & see how they would understand your situation. Then it's a case of whether you really feel you want to work with them. The only way to do that is to meet or have a chat with them about what you want to get out of your coaching, and how they coach.
Any comments on my website or if you want to have a chat, just give me an email & we can arrange a good time to talk,
Regards,
Wendy
