When I left there were a couple of people who pretended that it wasn't happening, they were my boss and my bosses boss. It was funny because I wanted to leave immediately, they wanted me to work my notice (6 weeks - no way). in the end we went for 2 weeks and I faithfully went in each day (should have just taken the sick leave I had looking back) and they both just avoided me, excluded me from meetings, and gave me no work. So why make me work my notice?
