I guy in our office is going part time - he will have holidays on a pro rata basis of his full time hours.
He is in dispute over his contract and won't sign until it is resolved. He will be working 3 full days and these days will be on different days each week depending upon meetings etc.
The company are saying that when it is a bank holiday week, he will still expected to work his 3 days - he thinks that he should only work 2 (as all other full time staff get them off).
