agency working - pay and benefits

I've got an interview this afternoon for an agency post, but have never worked for an agency before so have a few questions that I would be grateful for any help with...

Is there a website that would translate a pay per hour into an approximate salary? I know it's quite complicated when comparisons with pensions and other benefits are considered (it's for a public sector post)
what would be the salaried eqivalent of 14 pounds per hour?

Also do agencies pay holidays/bank holidays/sick pay etc? And what would be my entitlement if i fell pregnant - not intending to but it could happen!!!

in terms of the salary, it would depend on how many hours 'full time' is at the employer iyswim.

£14 an hour for a company with 'full time' hours of 35 a week would be £14 x 35 x 52 = £25,480.

£14 an hour for a company with 'full time' hours of 40 a week would be £14 x 40 x 52 = £29,120.

If you get pregnant you won't have as many rights as an agency worker as you would as an employee. See this factsheet on maternity rights for atypical workers.
