agency working - pay and benefits

I've got an interview this afternoon for an agency post, but have never worked for an agency before so have a few questions that I would be grateful for any help with...

Is there a website that would translate a pay per hour into an approximate salary? I know it's quite complicated when comparisons with pensions and other benefits are considered (it's for a public sector post)
what would be the salaried eqivalent of 14 pounds per hour?

Also do agencies pay holidays/bank holidays/sick pay etc? And what would be my entitlement if i fell pregnant - not intending to but it could happen!!!

thanks in advance

See here about rights of agency workers.

in terms of the salary, it would depend on how many hours 'full time' is at the employer iyswim.

£14 an hour for a company with 'full time' hours of 35 a week would be £14 x 35 x 52 = £25,480.

£14 an hour for a company with 'full time' hours of 40 a week would be £14 x 40 x 52 = £29,120.

If you get pregnant you won't have as many rights as an agency worker as you would as an employee. See this factsheet on maternity rights for atypical workers.
