I've been involved in recruitment before as part of my present role as a supervisor. I know the people who will be interviewing me (don't know if this makes it better or worse). I really want to be as prepared as possible. I know they are keen on behavioural type questions.

Any ideas. Even if they aren't the ones they ask at least it will get me tinking!

Just been out to my local establishment for a couple (or four ) scoops...feeling grand.

And...I really do feel smug. I'm off the Prozac (for over a month). I feel positive, my work people are bigging me up, and I feel really positive. I hope I don't become a really career driven nasty though, because my priority still is procreating. That is the pinnacle!!!

Life - Work balance...what an ideal!!!!

"I feel positive"....I sound like I am repeating some kind of hippy scientologist, zeitgeist mantra!

Take my money.
