Hi, I will go straight in for the kill here...please help

Last years P60 April 2007 to April 2008 I earnt £22000 (approx) so that figure was used for my tax credit application.

Since August 2nd 2008 I have been on half pay plus maternity allowance, so I guess you could say me salary is now £11k a year. I go back to work in Janury.

My husband earns £22,000 per year.

So since 2nd Aug when I went onto half pay have I been entitled to more CTC???

AND- When I go back to work my salary will be reduced as I will only be working 1400 hours per year (nhs worker with annualised contract to guarantee my monthly income) so will they need to re calculate it again then too...OR do I just have to wait until april and get backdated payment to 2nd August this year??

Childcare element?? Will I be entitled???

Thank you for your help

will need to notify for each change but DO NOT DO ALL AT ONCE their computer can't cope and misses info parent I used to child mind has had to have manual payments for over 2 years because she did too much also you deduct £100 a week (I think current amount) off wages when on maternity leave but affects claim as of april if entitled to childcare element will be low
