Best way to document low-key bullying

Hi, I'm lookind for the best way to document low-key verbal bullying from a colleague. Every day she takes small jabs at me, but not enough to go to the line manager. I hope the situation will resolve over time, but if not..
Right now I'm just keeping a "diary" in Google Keep, but is there a better way, in case I decide to bring it further to HR? Like track changes mode in Word, proving I made an entry the same day?

what you’re doing is just right and if this does lead to being investigated, there won’t be disputes around when you added the examples, just the listed instances will be a great start. Are other colleagues witnessing it? As people will be investigated as witnesses, as part of an internal investigation and ultimately these statements are crucial and the most effective way these issues can be proven. Log names of people who have witnessed it and they can be called upon at a later date if needed. I’m really sorry you’re going through this, it’s horrible and I’d personally be flagging this now. People raise grievances for much less.

I’ve been through this and ended up going to HR via the whistleblowing policy. I had a diary I noted down everything, just jotted with dates, times, those present. I also took photos of Teams messages and emails by way of back up.
sorry you’re going through this, it’s shit

@Twinsmamma @LeavingAtLast
Thank you, I'll start putting names of the witnesses as well.

Just bear in mind a lot of witnesses may suddenly find they can't remember anything as they may not want to get involved.

Or it can the other way around, if they are fed up with the bully.

The more documentary evidence you have e.g. tracked changes etc. that will support your contemporaneous notes.

Find out where the security cameras AREN'T and give her a smack.

The track changes in Word that shows it is contemporaneous I think is a good way.

Sorry to read about what you are going through.

@LlynTegid thanks, it's a new and strange situation for me, but as I mentioned, these are subtle digs and I'm just puzzled. But if at some point I overreact, hope my notes will be helpful.
