Changing direction after kids in late 30s

I would really appreciate some career ideas as I'm feeling a bit lost. I'm late 30s with a preschooler and a baby. Worked in various admin roles for the past 15 years last one being in HR. I have a CIPD level 3 as well as a diploma in Psychology from the OU. I'm an introvert and don't particularly enjoy high past corporate world so not sure if I want to go back to HR. My husband earns well so I don't need to work full time but would love to retrain/ start a new career sooner rather than later. Additionally, it would need to be future proof so not something AI will wiple out in the next 5-10 years.. i want something fairly low contact (don't mind one on one interactions but neverending meetings drain me), as well as meaningful. I would love to be a therapist but don't have the money or time to train unfortunately. Any ideas welcome!

Why not occupational psychology? Given your background it seems like an obvious choice. How you assess anyone nowadays in the face of AI is a huge challenge and they're having to ditch 40 years of assessment knowledge to find new options which they need psychologists to design.
