It’s been a while since I’ve been involved in an ET but due to the odds, at the preliminary hearing, judge could ask you to pay a deposit to proceed. I think they’re in region of £500.

Okay love, let me break this down simply. Those percentages mean your barrister thinks you're more likely to win than lose on both counts, 55% for discrimination and 60% for reasonable adjustments. Not a slam dunk, but the odds are in your favour, which is why they're proceeding.
A preliminary hearing is basically a sorting out session before the main event. The judge will deal with admin bits like confirming the claims going forward, setting dates for the full hearing, agreeing what evidence is needed, and sometimes deciding early legal points like whether claims were filed in time. You probably won't be giving evidence or telling your full story yet.
What could happen next week? Best case, everything gets confirmed and you get your full hearing date. Sometimes claims get narrowed or struck out if there are legal issues, but your barrister would have flagged that already. You might be asked questions so prepare by rereading your claim and timeline.
Make sure you understand from your barrister exactly what this hearing is for and whether you need to speak. Ask them to explain anything you're unsure about, that's literally their job. You've got good odds love, try to breathe.
