Declining HR job offers - no idea what on earth im doing!

Hi,

I need some advice please!

I decided to do a cipd level 3 in hr and almost finished the course. Ive been offered roles in hr (3!) and declined each one. Im not applying now for anymore jobs.
Im not really sure why ive declined the roles. None of them feel right. Feel totally lost.

I currently can wfh 80% in my current role and that is a big staying factor. Job itself is very junior. I know i can do better.

Just wondering if anyone did a level 3 cipd but was able to use it in another field as opposed to HR?

Im just a bit confised with what im doing/where I can go career wise. The only thing i really enjoy (and am good at) is writing... i love it.

Background is cabin crew/admin/customer service and im now 41 and feel time is not on my side!

Any ideas?

Thank you

Go into HR and specialise. I love to write and employee relations is a great specialist field for drama and narrative 😂

Why not move into Learning and Development in HR? Loads of writing!

I work 80% from home in my public sector HR job. Do mostly employee relations, which can certainly be interesting. I started off in a HR admin role, the HR coordinator which was doing recruitment and onboarding stuff. Now this. Also did my level 3 and level 5 while in the earlier jobs. It can be interesting and varied, but like any job it depends on the organisation
