Help with transferable skills

I need some help or people's experience with changing jobs. I have worked as an NHS paramedic for many years before having children. I couldn't bear going back to working shifts so after my first I changed jobs to work in PIP assessing. This job is very convenient, working the days I want, WFH and I am able to do the role. Now I've settled back after having my second child and I have no job satisfaction.

I would like to find a job that utilises my skills, not necessarily in healthcare. I don't want to work shifts which is the main barrier I am finding. I worked hard to get to the level/pay I'm on so don't necessarily want to drop down too much, if any and I don't mind not WFH.

Has anyone got any experiences or suggestions of what I could look into?

Thanks.

@GITM The National Careers Service has a skills assessment tool https://nationalcareers.service.gov.uk

Are you Civil Service or an Arms Length Body? If so have a look at CS Jobs and see what is available at your level.

Thank you. The assessment came back with Emergency/uniformed services 😂

That is so funny. Sorry it didn’t help much.
