Working overseas

After travelling overseas for work 2 weeks in August and 2 weeks in October, my company is asking me to travel again for one month, from mid November to mid December. My employment contract says the following:

“You may from time to time be required to travel on company business bith withing the UK and abroad. Any such requirement will be fully discussed with you at the time and your personal circumstances will be considered”

Is it reasonable from the company to request this? I have 3 little children and it is a big sacrifice for my family (specially for my husband who also works full time) if I have to be abroad for such an extended period of time. Can I refuse to go due to personal circumstances?

Seems they have tried to cover themselves with the whole reasonable and time to time phrases. Leaves things very grey.
Could you ask to fully discuss this with them - not just to sort this trip but any others that they may spring on you? Could you come to a compromise perhaps - travel for two weeks instead of 4 - a month is a long time to be away of course. As you have a young family I'm sure there are some UK employment laws around supporting workers with young families - employers have to take this into account. They should at least consider alternatives.
Is there a HR dept you an talk to and are you in a union?

The company has about 1000 employees in the UK. There is an HR departement, but I am discussing this directly with my manager. I am not part of a union
