Best way to raise a Grievance with HR

Morning,
I'm putting my notice in with my current employer in a couple of weeks to finish mid Dec - luckily have a new job to go to in January and wanting to take Christmas off in between to relax and get my head together and ready for a fresh start
My current employer have treated my very badly over the past 12 months and I want to raise a grievance with HR - not necessarily about 1 particular person, more on as a whole company although I have named some names
I'm not sure the best way to go about this, can anyone help?

I've written an email bullet pointing the issues (draft obviously) which i keep adding to and attached evidence of the issues - do I just send this on the day I put my notice in??
I'm not sure what I expect from the outcome neither

Any guidance on this would be great!

You should get an Exit Interview and they normally ask then if there’s been any issues.

TBH though, I don’t think a big list of grievances is a good idea, it’s a small world and chances are your paths might cross again with some of the people you’re complaining about. You’re probably justified in your opinion but to others it can present as the ravings of a bitter malcontent.

You’ve got another job to go to, maybe better to leave quietly and get on with your life.

Think about what you want STBX employer to do with your complaints. The question we asked was “what does a good outcome look like for you?” Depends on the company, as you are leaving they may just park it…. I left one company after a difficult time with one person. I’d sent her an email. And then as I knew the HR contact was leaving I forwarded the email to her boss. I said I knew she wouldn’t do anything with it but I wanted there to be corporate knowledge of what had happened. FWIW that persons career has not suffered in the slightest. 🙄

part of me wants to just walk away quietly as although the industry i am in is huge reputation follows you around and I don't want to be known as that person but the other part of me wants them to know where improvements can be made for others more than anything as if not they will lose a lot of good workers
I suppose getting my gripes off my chest was the main thing - HR haven't been great in issues previously (from what i have heard from others who have raised concerns) so think they will just park it if I'm already leaving - probably should have raised them at the time

I would ask for an exit interview (if not already planned) and give some general feedback without a detailed evidence list.

If any particular person was an especial idiot, a name drop following this, and stating they contributed towards you leaving can be quite detrimental to them (unless they are a hiring manager whom might have sway - in which case probably best to leave this)
