I'm putting my notice in with my current employer in a couple of weeks to finish mid Dec - luckily have a new job to go to in January and wanting to take Christmas off in between to relax and get my head together and ready for a fresh start
My current employer have treated my very badly over the past 12 months and I want to raise a grievance with HR - not necessarily about 1 particular person, more on as a whole company although I have named some names
I'm not sure the best way to go about this, can anyone help?
I've written an email bullet pointing the issues (draft obviously) which i keep adding to and attached evidence of the issues - do I just send this on the day I put my notice in??
I'm not sure what I expect from the outcome neither
Any guidance on this would be great!
