DH is working for a very small company (9 staff). It has a lot of management problems but that's a separate point.
The job is well paid but they pay salaried roles irregularly and almost always weeks late.
DH has been in the role 11 months and the company has not sorted pensions. No provider, no employee or employer contributions. They keep saying "it's being worked on". They can't explain what the delay is though nor when it will be fixed.
What would you do?
