Civil Service Interview

Hi,

i have an upcoming face to face interview with the DWP for an EO role.

Can anyone please give some hints and tips?

Really want to do well.

I know it’s STAR based questions and then behavioural questions.

AO and EO. My long term goal is to get on to the tax specialist program but I don't have my degree yet so cannot apply. I'm in my second year as a mature student but am aware that you don't need a degree if already with CS.

What about you?

I’d be okay with an EO role but I’ve already held that grade so ideally a HEO. I have a law and sociology degree from a RG university but that was nearly 15 years ago so do have other experience.
That sounds really interesting, I think they have summer programs too if I’m not mistaken that you could also keep an eye out for?
