D H has a new manager in his department who has been his manager for almost a year. In that time several members of staff in his department have left meaning there is an increase in workload for those still there. He feels he could potentially be managed out as he fears,he may be forced to travel further than the two hours a day he does already. He believes his manager is having an affair with a person in higher management and this person is married so he feels the solution is to expose the supposed affair. Is this the best way to deal with his work problem?

Absolutely not!!!

So in summary- he has a manager and for some reason those who have left have not been replaced- why? Is there work to do and enough people to do the work even if they need to travel further

What does his contract say about work travel?

Even if he has concrete evidence why on EARTH would he throw out thay people MAY be having an affair ffs it's litterally NONE of his business!!
