Should I disclose ASD at interview stage?

Advice please, should I disclose my ASD for an upcoming interview? Do you think it could ruin my chances?

It’s a fintech company based in London, with international offices, and around 1800 employees so large-ish. The role is within operations.

The first stage interview was more conversational, lasted 30 mins, we spoke about my CV and experience as well as motivations for applying. I hadn’t disclosed the ASD at this point or asked for reasonable adjustments, but I find this style of informal interview far easier. It’s the formal ones where I struggle, overwhelm with detail and accidentally misinterpret formal questions.

When interviewing with very large companies I don’t worry about disclosing the ASD (seems ‘safer’ as large companies will often have some statements/policies on disability inclusion)

Two very large companies I had disclosed at the formal interview stage and both were accommodating about it.

However with this company, when I search the website they have nothing on their site or LinkedIn about disability or reasonable adjustments. In this case would it be best to not disclose as I don’t want to be seen as difficult or perceived as bad fit for their fancy office

It depends if you would like to ask for reasonable adjustments at interview stage really.

Realistically you have nothing to lose. If they are the kind of company who wouldn’t hire you over it then they are the kind of company who will just let you go once they find out anyway.
