Can anyone give me a professional and non accusatory way of saying I told you this last week so this is your problem?

My colleague has form for never reading emails and then acting like she has never heard of things weeks after I have sent them. What is a professional and non confrontational way of pointing out I've done my bit and the blockage is with her?

We had a major issue last year which management dealt with but have reached an uneasy truce so I don't want to rock the boat!

I’d just say ‘as mentioned in email date XYZ’ … is that confrontational? IMO it’s just clear and plain speaking.

Forward the original email

You're nicer than I am!

She takes offence at the slightest thing tbh! Absolute nightmare of a woman, although she probably says the same about me.

That's really good! Maybe with a summary of agreed actions if appropriate. Also consider whether appropriate to cc in another/ request read receipt (latter can get some people's back up a bit but pretty foolproof). Good luck!
