Leaving off short jobs of application

I've had 3 jobs over 20 years of working where I accepted the offer, went to an induction and worked a day or two and then I ended up leaving. One was because the work hours were suddenly changed and I couldn't get the childcare and the other 2 were because my dad got cancer (it came back on the second time a few years later) and I became his carer during his treatment and recovery time. Both times the timings were absolutely rubbish but couldn't be helped.
I've been out of work for the last few years caring for my parents but I'm looking at part time work again. I've seen a few midday supervisor and part time admin jobs at school.
I applied and have had a few interviews and accepted a part time admin job at a school. It never dawned on me to put those 3 jobs in my employment history due to how short (literally 1-2 days) and I had forgot about them until I went on my PAYE history and they were there. Will it effect my new job if they weren't mentioned? I'm not sure if schools look at your PAYE history or not. My references and DBS have come back fine.
Do I need to mention it or not because I didn't really start properly or just wait to see if it ever comes up?

Sorry for the ramble!

in your situation, I would wait to see if you are asked about them

I’d wait and see, you can easily explain it.

I don’t know about schools but in my professional career I had a job I only worked at for 2 weeks early on, I leave it off my CV and no one ever asks about it. I have had background checks and a basic DBS for my last 2 roles and it hasn’t come up.
