What would you pick?

Current job:
Home 2 days a week.
Home days are basically days off.
A half hour walk to office.
Toxic office 3 days a week- it’s upsetting my mental well-being. Threats of massive change in location and structuring. Insane bully of a project manager. Lots of interpersonal tensions.
Go home at 4pm with flexi time.
Boring, beyond pointless work that doesn’t suit me. Long periods of idleness. Brain rot.
No actual work stress and can do personal projects.
Nice vibrant part of town. Lots of shops so very handy.

Potential job-
Home 3 days a week.
Unknown office culture 2 days a week.
Would have to take public transport so a little extra cost and commute time.
Expect to be busy and have some late evenings. There will be TOIL but a potential last-minute sacrifice of personal time, the control of which which is important to me, as are my own projects, eg attending a 6pm hobby class.
Interesting, worthwhile work.
Dodgy af part of town.

Other points- The money is exactly the same. I suspect I am autistic, and I don’t have kids to consider.

Help me decide!

Have you considered your performance (not working hard on home days) might be the reason job 1 isn’t going so well?

otherwise I’d go job 2 any day of the week. Are progression opportunities the same?

how long have you been at job 1?

I stay in job number 1 and keep a look out for job number 3!

Two years in that office, six in the general industry. I don't work hard at home because there is almost nothing to do. This project is nearly finished and just requires basic admin for upkeep. Our project manager makes us do the adult equivalent of writing lines on office days or invents training meetings to sit through.

Progression opportunities much better, however I care a great deal more about my personal projects.

Job 2, if it was me. Your current job sounds tedious.
