Am thinking of putting a grievance in against my manager - this person has had at least two others. The dept is a toxic mess and now everyone is finger pointing each other because of how this person managers her direct reports (and the expectation for team leads to performance management staff) / a lot of the team complaining. I had created a safe space for my team to grow if there were escalations but everyone is afraid especially as this person has got rid of someone in their short tenure in post. How many grievances need to be put in before they put a spotlight on that person. I have started hating the job because of this but there are not many jobs around in my field of work. WWYD?
