Desperately need new job ideas - ADHD & now can't drive for medical reasons

I finally got diagnosed with ADHD a couple of years ago (in my fifties) after 25 years of wondering why I found so much of the employment I'd tried to do impossible to manage (admin, repetitive tasks, the overwhelm of spreadsheets, multiple tabs on a computer screen, etc). On the back of that realisation, I reinvented myself in a new role that was largely based around driving - very low pay, but it worked much better for me, and as a family, we could just about get by.
A few months ago, I was diagnosed with a life-changing medical condition. The nature of the condition means I am not allowed to drive.
I'm feeling so stuck now. I had to leave my job because of it, as it was impossible to do the role as a non-driver. As a family, we need me to be earning again asap. Something wfh would make sense in so many ways, but wfh jobs are generally very admin-heavy. I have struggled with the isolation of home-working previously, and I don't think I can manage an admin-heavy role (the only things I could probably apply for without much relevant experience would be basic administrator-type roles and possibly customer service roles. I have no customer service experience (so I don't even know if I could get such a role) and I find telephone calls really difficult from an ADHD /social overwhelm perspective. I don't want to start something and then fail at it rapidly, because I've had so many experiences like that in the past, and it's hard not to be dragged down by them.
Has anyone got ideas as to what I could look at? I've been looking at shop roles, but my last shop experience was about 30 years ago, and I haven't had responses to what I've applied to (plus there isn't much that is within reach of my home by public transport). There must be things I haven't thought of. I've applied for a couple of school-based roles, but that's either admin-heavy or TA work. I have no experience working with children or in education, so unless I commit to TA training, I don't think I have much hope of getting anywhere with that.
Any ideas for roles that aren't too admin-heavy and that don't require driving as part of the job? My health conditions mean I can't do anything very physical - no heavy lifting, for instance. I'm feeling stumped, so much of modern working life doesn't seem to fit me - but there has to be something....

How are you with animals? Could you sign up to a website like Rover to dogsit/ cat sit and dog walk?

Depending on where you are there is often a lot of demand for TA roles and they fit someone with adhd quite well.
They are not usually well paid though.

I wouldn't assume you won't be considered for them.

You'd also possibly be good at caring roles such as in an old people's home - eg activities co-ordinates.
