What genuine work from home jobs are there NOT mlm’s. Possibly tutoring I am a fully qualified teacher but I can’t find a good company for it that actually gives jobs etc

I WFH - just visit the office once a month for our departmental meeting.

I used to teach and now work in IT Training.

You could always become self-employed.

Most other people who WFH are still doing the same kind of job they did before, but just from home instead of going into an office. Loads of admin, IT, marketing and accounts jobs can be WFH for instance.

I know several teachers who became self-employed tutors - maths, English, sciences and languages seem to be the easiest to get tutor work in.

Some of them got referrals/recommendations from their former school.
All of them got word-of-mouth recommendations once they were up and running for a while.

A couple of them went all out and set up "workshop" businesses (doing practical hands-on science experiments) - but those were "in person" delivery, so wouldn't help if you were only wanting to do 100% wfh.

IME you make good money tutoring self-employed, not necessarily working for a company. If you're decent with admin and can give yourself a bit of grace whilst building a client list, that may be the more lucrative option.
