Hey I was wondering if anyone can advise what the pay would be, this is a part time pa role.

it does not say pro Rata? I’m wondering what it would be for 25 hours I don’t think it’s very clear

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus

What kind of PA, if you don't mind me asking - in an office environment, or a caring type role. I think the later is likely to be pro-rata'd for sure as it would align with just over NMW which I think is standard.

@LittleRedRidingHoody it’s office based not Care

In which case you won't know til you ask (sorry!) because there are huge variables.

If it were pro rata'd based on a 40h week, you'd be looking at a pay scale of £15,625 - £20,000 depending on how well you negotiate/what your experience is like. But again, variables like how many hours their working week is, and the hours they want you to do will come into play.

What do they list as full time hours on other jobs?

divide 20 and 25 by that number and multiply by the salary.

Your first figure is too high.

if full timers work 40 hours and this job was agreed at 20, the OP would get half of the full time salary, which at £25k is £12.5k.

@ThatIsNotMyNameSoWhyAreYouCallingMeThat OP asked about 25 hours though?

Ah, I missed that. Shouldn’t skim read!
