A new team member joined 6 months ago and is generally a nice person. She's been very open about having adhd.

When things get on top of her, she tends to switch off and often walks out of meetings when she gets frustrated. Last week she had a meltdown when the room temperature wasn't right for her.

Our manager is supportive and gives her a lot of leeway, as do I, but it's like walking on egg shells because the smallest things can sometimes trigger her.

Just wondering how best to work with it.

I think you need to pinpoint what bothers you about it. When they walk out of a meeting, does this mean more work for you? Do you get uncomfortable with people having meltdowns?

She really needs to find ways to manage this. It's making everyone uncomfortable and on edge.
