Long Term Temp to Permanent

I’ve been working via an agency for a company for 2 years 4 months; company now looking to take me on permanently. Would I be able to ask for Continuous Service to be included in my permanent contract? Or is there anything else I need to be considering? I have been offered a pay increase, but not sure how much?

Your service is with the agency, not with the employer so I doubt they'd agree to it. You could of course negotiate any benefits that come with longer service, i.e. annual leave.

The rate of pay is entirely dependent on what the market is for the skillset/experience and the area, so nobody will be able to tell you what you should be asking for.

You can ask but it is highly unusual that an employer would agree to backdating continuous employment.

Unlikely, I mean if course you can ask. My partner contracted for a bank for 14 years and went permie 2 years ago in Jan, service started from Jan 5 so nearly two years now.

I'd say it depends if the intention was always to give you a job - subject to you being good enough.
My DS started a job through an agency. He was offered a permanent job but starting him through an agency meant they could start him earlier. In his situation his length of continuous service is deemed to have started from day 1 with the agency and not day 1 on the permanent contract.
