What is the difference between and which is better or cheaper

Job 1
Provides Bupa & dental health cover
I joined in & pay extra to have myself & family covered (family of 4) I am paying about £200 monthly for this.

Job 2
Provides this Health Cash Plan (i haven't signed up yet)
With our Health Cash Plan employee benefit, staff can claim 100% back on a wide range of essential treatments
including optician’s, dentist’s, physiotherapy and much more. From £6.93 per month for personal cover, or £13.47
per month to include their partner, cover starts immediately, and claims can be made online from day one.

Now, I am wondering if I should stop paying for Bupa with job 1 and sign up for health cash plan instead with job 2
Which is better and cheaper please

They are totally different things. Bupa will likely be private health care - so if you need scans, consultant referral, operation etc it can all be done privately (ie. much more quickly than NHS). Even better if it includes dental!

The cash plan thing is very good - good value for money etc and this type of plan means you can claim back costs for dental check-ups, opticians appointments, physio / chiropractor costs, prescriptions etc.

Check the details for both schemes for exactly what's included but personally I'd go for the Bupa cover if it's subsidised by your employer.

I should add that if you take job 1 with the bupa cover you can still get those cash plan benefits AS WELL for a similar preimum (eg. Healthshield)l

As PP says you are comparing apples with oranges - they are two different products. With your buoa I would check the coverage for things like physio which I would expect to be covered if you need it. Also work often pay for things like your eye test and computer glasses. If you have dental already there’s not that much left to be covered by a cash plan
