Grievance raised against me

Seeking some advice if possible. I have been having some trouble with a co-worker at work where over the past couple of months felt I have felt bullied. I was asked to act as a witness as per an investigation at work and since providing my statement feel I have been subject to victimisation by this lady who I work with (she obviously did not feel happy with what I stated on my statement).

I have a long-standing anxiety and depression and feel that this condition has been mocked on many occasions by this individual.

I have since been on sick leave from work due to work related stress and requested mediation in the past in which they have shown no interest, and I am now currently on sick leave.

I am part of a union and raised my concerns who suggested a Grievance but due to my current mental health sate I did not wish to deal with the stress at the time and it was suggested to raise concerns informally with their manager and keep seeking a team move as a form of resolution to aid my depression.
I raised my concerns informally through my union with their manager and have yet to receive a response but feel that discussions may have taken place, as people in my workplace have since informed me this lady is working from home due to stress.

Anyway, in the meantime I have been offered the chance to move teams to a new office, new team with and new manager. My current management pushing this move as it would be ' good for my mental health and as a form of resolution'. In which I have accepted, and I am due to start this role next week and have been actively looking forward to a fresh start.

Recently, this co-worker requested mediation in which I declined due to my current mental state ( I have been quite poorly and under the care of my GP.) and accepted the resolution management offered to move teams. I also expressed how I was trying for mediation for months and kept getting turned down.

Currently (today) the co worker has raised a Grievance about me I think in retaliation to the concerns I have raised with their manager and based around how she feels victimised and bullied by me.

I am after some advice as I do not know now how I can start in my new role with this Grievance against me under a new team and new manager. It’s taken me a while to accept starting a new role and to stable my health but now I feel i am declining and cannot catch a break.

Management was pushing my team move so I feel let down if they knew a grievance had been raised by this co-worker. I am confused as to how a grievance can be raised when I have initially raised concerns and yet to receive a response.

I feel stressed about telling my new manager I am moving teams with this being raised against me, I am unsure how I can focus on a new role and be under investigation at the same time. I am at a loss and reality want to resign.
I have been in my role for a year. Any form of advice would be appreciated.

When are you starting the new role? I also had a grievance raised against me and the investigation took a week, the worst week of my life and it was dismissed. I remember they interviewed the person that raised the grievance, myself and then some witness that the other person had named.
Make sure that when you are interviewed you have all the facts with you and go to the point.

Well I am supposed to be going down on Wednesday to meet everyone and then start properly on the 16th. I just feel so deflated and targeted. The anxiety is the worst bit.
