There is a manager in another team who is very abrupt and likes to blame others. 2 members of staff left her team and the organisation within months because of her. It was a shame as they were outstanding. 1 member had a breakdown because of her. Another 1 transferred teams and she refused to let her leave for 2 months. Her current team don't say a word.
Recently a colleague in another team said this manager shouts at her on the phone and sends passive aggressive emails when she goes to put a customer through that she has been dealing with. One time she was annual leave and answered her work phone and said why was she ringing her.
Recently this manager shadowed me. Her reason was she wanted to know what I did for her own 'learning' but other colleagues were very suspicious and don't trust her.
She has had a few digs at me recently in meetings and tried to blame me for others incompetencies. I have a meeting tomorrow where she will try and blame me for others issues. I won't have to deal with her after this. How do I deal with this toxic manager?
