Quitting after a month, mention at interview?

So I left my previous job because business was going downhill fast so I jumped ship, really liked the job itself though.
Got a new job but 4 weeks in and it's really not for me,
I've got 3 interviews lined up this week, do I mention the job I'm currently in or just ignore?
References ect from my previous job wouldn't be a problem or changing dates but not sure HR would notice when filling in tax forms?
Also worried it looks bad, giving up a job when I've only been there a month! (It's completely different to what I've done before and just not for me) Tia

Is there a way you can sell it to the new interviewer like this is your dream job, a part of the industry you’ve always wanted to work in, etc etc? Ie your current job is fine but the one that really lights your fire is the one you’re interviewing for?
it’ll depend on what you do for work I suppose!

I'm trying to swing it that way tbh! I've had a lot of bad luck regarding jobs, places closing, restructuring where my role has changed so genuine reasons for moving just trying to put myself in a good light without lying.

Will you be using them as a reference? If not, I’d lie about it. Say it’s a temp job or you were helping a family friend or something.
you can frame it in a positive light, you’ll turn your hand to anything, adaptable, keen to work, etc etc.

I completely excluded a 6/7 week job from my CV and put that I was at the place before that longer than I was. Granted I don't use that one as a reference because all my jobs have been in the same line of work so I just use the one I was at the longest and the most recent. Neither of them are jobs I would ever want to use as a reference for different reasons, I've never had an issue with lying!
