Pro rata contract

Looking for some advice on how many hours my office considers full time and how much my full time salary is based on my pro rata hours.

I work 08:30 - 17:00 inclusive of a 30 minute lunch break three days a week.

This is 0.6 of full time hours. I'm paid £26k for this.

Is the lunch break paid?

The FT equivalent is 40 hours per week for £43k.

Assuming FT workers are also in for the same number of hours per day.

If it's paid then full time is 42.5 hours and salary £43333.33

So this is where I'm confused as my original contract of 08:30 - 17:00, inclusive of lunch was for £50,000 (if I were full time).

So that was simple as 2 days a week was 25k - this was then upped to 26k due to a salary increase.

I've also now gone up to three days a week so have lost the thread completely!

So each day is currently worth £13000, if 2 days was £26000, so you should be on £39000.

My starting salary was 50k pro rata to 0.5. Which was 25k.

This was then upped to 26k for 0.5.

I'm trying to work out what it will be for 0.6 of fte

Sadly my maths won't stretch that far 😂

Two days is 0.4 not 0.5
