new manager

I'm quite an introvert as I've got older and since lockdown working from home.
During this time I've progressed at work and recently became a new manager. I'm looking for advice from anyone really but in particular if any other managers have been through what I'm going through.
Initially got great feedback, but a new lady joined the team, who clearly doesn't like me and I feel the dynamic of the team changing (against me) I'm struggling at the moment and my mental health is suffering despite having been very resilient previously. Any advice of how I take back control and build better relationships? I'm.doubting myself if it is for me, I've worked so hard to get where I am. This lady is rude, answers back, dissagrees, eats in team meetings, looks utterly miserable. I've asked if there is anything I can do differently and she said no.. I'm almost feeling bullied by some members of my team

Early days of management is hard but you got to show them who is in charge. Pull them individually especially the new woman explain what you are unhappy with and set out your stall. They are there to do a job and if they don’t follow management instruction then you start to go down the disciplinary route, they will soon change.

Thank you @Mumoftwo2022 I have pulled two people and it has backfired on me in a survey, just for doing my job! I guess I worry how I look in comparison to other managers as I still do at times still get nervous for 1:1s and team meetings.
This lady is doing the work, but I believe she plays 'dumb' at times. She has been quite aggressive with me in a recent sickness meeting (my first one 😩) and when I have been assertive has openly accused me of taking offence! I've been described as self aware, calm, a great coach, approachable but feel this is knocking my confidence.

Have you got anyone above you that you can speak to. Just because you are a manager doesn’t mean you have to put up with that sit of behaviour. I have a 3 chance rule I will set out my stall with a difficult employee if it carries on will pull them again if it carries on I will escalate. Sometimes you can do everything right but some people are just difficult and not willing to change or listen and at that point is when it has to go higher
