COT3 agreement

I was unfairly dismissed it was an automatically unfair dismissal under whistleblowing based around finances impacting in safety.
ACAS Conciliator got an agreement on the last day for early conciliation. This was 3 weeks ago and I am no further forward with the COT3 Agreement.
I'm thinking I put in my tribunal claim this evening to make sure i dont run out of time.
Am I missing anything? The Conciliator hasn't been particularly helpful. ACAS themselves were great and I know I have a good case.

When you say “no further forward” what does that mean?

did you agree terms and 3 weeks on have no paperwork to sign?

No paperwork, verbal agreement which I believe is actually enough.
They didn't know the difference between a COT3 and a settlement agreement Conciliator was going to write it for them.
Then crickets.
I think I need to get the claim in to cover myself as they are clearly stalling.

Definitely put your claim in to keep the pressure on. Have you been able to speak to your conciliator? What do they say?

It's sitting with her and she's currently the blocker I think it's a case that 3 part days a week and the workload are too much.
I'm just getting antsy because I know they have some dodgy practices and they have ridden roughshod over people before. So to me, it was a delaying tactic that's why it was done right at the last minute.
I think I put it through as a claim. Email conciliation to let them know its done and carry on getting better.

It’s a delay tactic. Submit anyway. They’re hoping you won’t and then the deadline will pass. Mine are doing similar.

What was the offer they put forward ? I wouldn't worry about timing out of an agreement isn't made they automatically send you a certification that you need to submit to ET.

Is the movement with your ex employer or Acas ?

A COT3 tend to be simpler and a settlement agreement tends to get you to sign away slightly more of your rights and you don't have the protections you usually have from a cot3 (imo)

The offer was derisory but enough to get it over with had they completed the paperwork 3 weeks ago.
Claim has gone in, conciliator emailed with the claim number let's see if that reminds them I don't mess and keep receipts 😉

Plot thickens
Why would the conciliator tell me conciliation is open right up until hearing if they had agreed?
It's in now anyway, Acas are not filling me with confidence

It concentrated their minds and they agreed and sent over the doc
Problem now is not paid within 7 days as per the agreement (I requested this cos I know they have cash flow issues)
So what's my next steps?

I think on the agreement there's a url to the next steps if they don't pay.

Failing that call Acas ?
