Why does NHS job application ask you to answer the same question multiple times?

Hi
I am currently applying for a job on NHSJobs and trying to fill out the essential and desirable criteria sections. However, I've noticed that the ability to work in a team, manage groups, and work independently are listed in multiple sections. Am I supposed to come up with a new example of how I meet the criteria and a situation where I've used them in every section? Or do I only write about it the first time that it's mentioned?
If anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
In the Experience section, the criteria are:

  1. Experience of working independently.
  2. Experience of working as part of a team.
  3. Experience of working with groups.
Skills section:
  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  2. Group-work skills.
Personal qualities section:
  1. Team player
  2. Able to work on own initiative
The last one technically isn't about working independently but I feel like it's very similar?

Mention it once. The person doing the short listing will only look for it - with an example - once.
