HR jargon on job descriptions

I've been browsing for jobs. Many things I've seen in job descriptions seem perfectly reasonable on the surface, but take me back to things I've seen time & time again in multiple workplaces. It's difficult for me to not to think of them cynically.

Please feel free to contribute. These are my interpretations -

Flexible - a 'yes' person who won't assert any boundaries. You'll do as you're asked, last minute if necessary. We will expect you to be ok with having a vague role at the company, which we will exploit by assigning you tasks that normally we would pay someone else higher for.

Team player - a one way system. You will be expected to fill in and help other teams, (even if you have enough on your plate) but don't expect it to be reciprocated. If you refuse or point out that it's unfair, you will be accused of not being a team player.

Support - doing the actual job itself.

Manage competing priorities - in a business support type of role, be prepared to deal with management who can't get their shit together. The management can't agree with how & where your employment and energy to be spent, so rather than sitting down and sorting that, they will place all of that on your shoulders. You will always be making someone unhappy, for not prioritising them and what they need.

Fast-paced environment - absolute chaos. You need to be ok with stress and a high staff turn-over because management are too stingy to employ enough people in the team.
