Examples please!

rather than just say that you are "a motivated person with good organisation skills" , show them how you do this:

eg "In my current job I am responsible for ensuring all team members are aware of meeting dates, booking meeting rooms, and circulating agendas, which demonstrates my good organisational skills."

It's time consuming doing this, but it's what they're looking for.

I'm am SW, BTW!

Perkin's suggestion sounds good, and you have a "practical and flexible approach to work" - rather than "practicle"

I'm sure you have all the relevant experience, good luck with the job application

does the job have a person specification that lists criteria for the job as essential or desirable? if it does then make sure you say that you can do every essential (use their words too) and state why you can do it/have experience of it.
good luck
