Both my children will be starting a nursery soon with 15 hours free funding and just wondering what job would I be able too get during them times for like 3days a week for 4 hours or something ? I’m not sure as all jobs I’ve had before were very long hours does anybody know ?

Admin?

Lunch supervisor in primary school or school cook or similar.

Depending on the nursery shifts really. My sons used to do 9-3 x 2 then 9-12 each week which was handy.

My friend now has twins in nursery only doing morning sessions and she is a self employed cleaner as she can fit this in.
There's also the option of topping up the hours by paying, depending on your situation you may get some support from UC with this

Generally 15 hours are either mornings or afternoons at a state preschool, fixed hours or a combination of 1/2 or full days at private nursery but a warning, they can limit you to when sessions can be and have minimum and max hours per session eg half days are 7.30-1 but you can only use 3 free hours and have to pay for the rest. Ask carefully about policies so you don't get any surprises

Midday supervisor at school or I've seen school admin roles which were around 15 hours a week. You'd have to commute though so it wouldn't be exactly 15 hours a week.

Maybe something from home, like customer service call handler or audiotyping maybe?
