Leaving work

Would it be unprofessional to email HR or my regional manager when I leave in the next few weeks?
My company don't do exit interviews, and my manager hasn't addressed my notice with me at all, and has only spoken to me if and when has been necessary, which has made things a little uncomfortable. My deputy manager has tried blaming another member of staff for my departure which is completely unfair and not true. I have a feeling I'll leave and nothing will be said or change for the staff still working there. It's become such a toxic place to work, management are very unprofessional and mostly everyone else is looking to leave, 4 others have also resigned in the last few weeks - management are either completely oblivious to what's actually going on or don't care so I'm not sure an email would do much or actually be followed up.

My ten pence worth. They know that there is a problem and they are ignoring it. I would be concerned that any email would have a way of coming back to bite me. It shouldn't, but it does happen.

I wouldn't. If you want to address problems, do it while you work there. If you don't want to do that then nobody will listen to an ex-employee.

Nothing is going to change because you send send an email either. Save your energy.

You are right, thank you for your replies, I'm just going leave it, and start the new year a fresh.
I've tried raising concerns with my direct managers many times but nothing ever changes.
I've been there for over 7 years, I'm gutted that this feels like it was the only option left. It is a childcare related job too so I think that's why I hoped for a change so much, it was more than just a job for me.
