Two job titles on CV. Would this clash with Referencing?

Hello

pls need your advice as the title says.

My CV says for example "Business Analyst/Product Owner"(not real role) but my existing role itself is more around the BA which is exactly what I'm doing. backstory to the Product owner role is that my current org changed our official title from BA to Product owner even though my responsibilities are still that of a BA . Reason being it was just toe expand our remit to have more responsibilities to do both .

I interviewed for a permanent "BA" role and clearly these are the skills needed for the job which I'm doing. I explained to the agency who explained the backstory to the recruiter.

Im just a bit cautious that when the new org does the referencing, of course the HR would list me as Product owner which is already on my CV anyway , but just want to check this may not be an issue before i hand in my notice and lose both ways?

which brings me to my 2nd question. I have not handed in my notice yet as i wanted to be sure I would receive the offer letter which i have now received. I am not sure what to put as my end date for my current company as I am just about to hand in my notice and no leave date has been finalised?

Sorry for the rambling post.;)

Thank you

I can't see why the job title would be a concern- the recruiter has explained and the company appears to understand.

Your second question - if you've been offered the job and are just waiting for the contract before you hand your notice in, why are you worrying about updating your CV? Confused

Im sorry i wasn't clear. I meant to put as an end date on the referencing form which im just filling in now. It asks for start and end date

Then put 'present' as the end date, or 'Expected Jan 2024'

It doesnt allow present or expected date. Have to choose a date. I will put the date i expect to resign from my current work and if any discrepancies , i will explain

Thank you
