I'm hoping someone can provide me with some invaluable advice!

I have worked in schools/educational settings nurseries etc for around 14 years. Although I have loved it it's not what I want to do anymore.

I'm really interested in working for the nhs in a support medical type role but I'm not sure how my skills transfer and if I would ever get to interview stage

I do have a foundation degree in primary studies, good GCSEs and a levels. I am willing to study but it would need to be remotely

I'm really stuck any ideas anyone?

I don't know NHS at all, but it will mean loss of wages I'm guessing as you'll be starting at the bottom again. Are you ok with that? Is this a passion of yours if so then go for it and you can climb a bit quicker due to transferable skills and experience etc.

Have you tried the NHS careers quiz to see what sort of roles might interest you?

Try NHS Professionals as they recruit into all sorts of roles.

occupational therapy seems quite flexible for mature student entry.

@lousyatchoosingnames thank you I didn't even know that was a thing! It came up with a few matches

What sort of things did it suggest? It’s quite useful to see the range of roles within the nhs.
