How much time preparing for an interview?

I have an interview in a couple of days for a job I really want. I’m starting to panic a bit and wondering if I’ve done enough prep. Time wise, how much does everyone do for a middle management role (£40k)? It’s internal so I’ve got a lot of knowledge already and know the interviewers.
So far I’ve probably spent about 20 hours revising examples of work, preparing question answers, reviewing internal policies, preparing a 10 minute presentation and a bit of coaching with colleagues in similar roles.
I’ve only had a week to prepare and was at work at the weekend so have had to fit it in.
I have terrible anxiety at the moment and I also just buried my Dad two weeks ago so am feeling extra anxious and am now panicking I haven’t done enough.
Have I missed anything?

@thebloatisreal I'm the same too. I have 25 years experience in my field, no my stuff to an extent but put me in an interview situation and I'm terrible. My mind goes blank! The only way i have found what worked before was an excessive amount of prep. However my most recent two i really prepped and whilst I got offered one of them (big mistake it turns out) i ground to a halt almost. Really not sure maybe overprepping though if you'd have asked this time last year I would have said you can never do enough!

Oh no, that sounds horrible. My employer has been known to make ‘reasonable adjustments’ for candidates with anxiety like this - including sharing the questions or theme of questions in advance - it may be worth asking?

Whilst I understand some people get anxious I would think this very unfair the other candidates.

Interviewee (not saying this poster) could be getting help from knowledgeable friends beforehand for all anyone knows.

That’s about the amount I did and got the job
main thing is to get a good sleep and keep the nerves calm

There's a move towards sharing the interview questions with all candidates prior to interview - it's definitely been discussed at my workplace previously. It's part of making sure that interviews are accessible for everyone, and that the best person for the job is selected.

Yeah, I think they shared them with everyone but only because one person asked.

It wasn’t my interview where they shared the questions in advance BTW!
