I’m currently a self employed cleaner and it’s going ok and fits in with the school run. However I’ve tried everything and keep getting contact dermatitis and breathing in chemicals all day is worrying me. I was a stay at home parent for quite a while so have been out of the job market for 5 years. I had some reasonably good coordinator jobs in the public sector before that but feel so out of touch with it now. I’ve also become a single mum after a long drawn out divorce and would just love a job I could work from home but I know these are sought after. I have a degree in business, can anyone recommend some good job sights? Or even the job titles I should search for?

I work for my local council in a hybrid pattern, two days in, three at home. But there are councils where you can mainly WFH.

Have you considered offering home organisation instead of cleaning? More money and keeps you away from the chemicals. Usually child friendly hours too xx

Lots of call centre work (inbound and outbound) is wfh these days. You could look at companies like banks and building societies where it's "nice" call centre work.

I’ve not heard of that! Will definitely look into it
