Best days for part time?

I am hoping to return to work for three days a week.

I have a young family (kids almost 4 and 2).

Can anyone tell me, in very simple terms, which days are best to choose in terms of not losing out on bank holidays?
Not sure whether it's best to have Monday as a working day or not!

Oh yes, I take your point about nurseries but it won't affect us because we have no choice.
From September they will both be in school full time: one in Reception and one in the prep's nursery, where you have to sign up for at least five mornings per week (she'll be doing full time).

I work 4 days now (Mondays off 😜) but after DC2 did 3 days for a while and agree with @Toomuchtoolong that Tues/Weds/Fri was great

Long weekend with the Monday and no Sunday night blues, plus the bank holiday issue. 2 days at work then a day off the only 1 day and the weekend 👍. This was easier for me to "sell" (but my arrangement was only temp) as I was only ooo for 1 working day at a time. If you work TuWTh then it's a long time until you're back in which can be difficult for you and your employer.
