Hi,
I've partly messed up and when commencing latest role and now see I have got quite confused with wording on a new starter form when I was under pressure to send all forms back in a short space of time - which has meant my payslip shows a deduction of £138.00 for student loans (I have never been in further education)
How do I go about getting this money back? it is possible?
(it shows in same section as national insurance and tax)
Many thanks, I'm unsure if I have to go through the employer or HMRC?
