Should I apply?

So, I'm looking for a part time work from home job, and I've found one that I would be perfect for, it's an online chat customer service job for 2-4 hours a day as needed. However, they ask that you have some experience with LinkedIn and the basics with Sales Navigator, and I have some experience with LinkedIn through my partners account but I've never heard of sales navigator - I've googled it and watched some YouTube videos and it looks simple enough.

But my question is, is there any point in me applying it I don't have one of the requirements? Is there actually any chance of me getting the job?

Yes! Definitely apply! All employers publish their wish list, and then hope someone hits all the desirables. In reality that hardly ever happens.
Back yourself and explain you’ve done some research even though you have no direct experience, it will be appreciated.

@Stupidpeoplesuck Thank you, I just needed a bit of reassurance. Looking to get back into work after babies (it's been a couple of years so I know it's going to be hard to get a job anyway) and it's just all a bit daunting! But I know I could do this job, it's much like a previous job except that one bit of required experience.

I used to work in recruitment, and 90% of hiring managers really just want someone with transferable skills, and someone who’s keen and willing to learn/make the effort.
You sound like you’ve got the right attitude, and your previous relevant experience sounds ideal! Good luck and fingers crossed for you!

Say you arent completely familiar with Navigator but have done some self study and feel you have the basics, although you are keen to learn more
