Hi.
My understanding of Term time pay is that your annual salary is divided over 12 equal payments. However how does it work when you start less than 2 weeks before the a school holiday?
I am due to start my job in the office 10 days before the Easter Break. Is this likely to be paid as I haven't chosen to take this holiday, school will be closed.
So excited to start, but I am worried about having 2 weeks unpaid leave due to when I am starting, in which case I may need to ask to start after the Easter Break.
